The WORST customer service experience I've ever had. Don't waste your time. I went here with my mom to browse for scrub bottoms because I was thinking of buying some pairs from a couple of places. It was fine because the two women working immediately started pushing me to fit while my mom waited. When I finished, questions of buying it were immediate. It hadn't even been 10 minutes nor had I explored the selections myself. Thus, I told them that I wanted to search more. Immediately their cheerful attitudes dropped and they started hounding me. They asked questions such as what I was looking for, where I was working, what I was even in the shop for, etc. I found it so rude because it wasn't the conversational type of questions accompanied by a polite tone. No, their tones conveyed they were exasperated with my mom and I being there just to "browse." It gets even worse. When I finally had enough of them tailing me, mind you for less than 3 minutes because they really would not leave my mom and I alone, I quietly tried to get my mom and I to leave. As we were about to leave I tried to keep pleasant and said that I might come back a different day. They blew a fuse after that and repeatedly told my mom and I that they were trying to "watch [their] television show." Suffice to say, my mom and I were appalled. As if it could get any worse, they outright starting hounding my mom and I out the shop and saying, "I've never had people just come in here to browse" and "Yea, go go, I'm trying to watch my tv show." Lastly, they even SHUT THE DOOR IMMEDIATELY AFTER USHERING MY MOM AND I OUTSIDE. They said some last bit things sounding exasperated when my mom and I should be the ones doing so. It turns out we're not the only one to have experienced this because when I got home and looked at the other reviews, I saw that people who were only in there to browse had similar experiences. For a scrubs place serving medical workers, the customer service is trash. Not only that, but the scrub bottoms I was browsing and made to try on (2 different pairs tried + 3 other pairs I had a feel of) felt poorly made. Especially for the price of $15-30. You could definitely get better items elsewhere for the same price, if not cheaper! I can't say the same for their scrub tops and other items, however, since they were being so rude and I didn’t want to be there anymore, but it's probably made from the same cheap and extremely thin materials as their scrub bottoms. Again, don't waste your time, they show their true colors when you're not sure if you're going to buy from them. Such horrible women. All they want is money and they're not going to be nice to you if you tell them you're not 100% sure you'll be giving it to them. I recommend thicker and better made scrubs from amazon or from nicer small business. On a last note, if I didn't have experience in the healthcare field with even ruder and more combative people, I wouldn't have been able to keep my pleasant attitude. I know other people who most definitely would've started talking back. I was in there for a maximum of about 15 minutes, probably less and, once again, the shop's customer service was the worst I've ever had. Don't waste your time.
