Absolutely loved this venue! We hosted our wedding at this stunning barn location, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The rustic charm of the barn combined with the breathtaking views created the most beautiful setting for our special day. Every detail, from the layout to the ambiance, was thoughtfully crafted to create a romantic and inviting atmosphere. Definitely made all of my dreams come true. The stress free weekend is what every girl dreams of.

Kalli, was truly incredible. She went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of our planning and was always available to answer questions or provide guidance. Her warmth and dedication made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more supportive host. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and picturesque wedding venue!

We were beyond blown away by Kalli and team. Also especially thankful for Vicki who stepped in last minute to take over as our day-of coordinator. She went above and beyond to help us through our special day and was a true delight

We particularly liked the onsite decorations SCR offers which was our initial reason for choosing the venue over other options we’d seen that charged for any decorating packages

Had so many WONDERFUL vendors we used from SCR’s preferred list; Patriotic Pig (catering), Krazy cakes, DJ raddad, Kyann Kendall Photography (cannot recommend Kyann enough, she was amazing!), and the Beverage Buggy (Oyama & Luke bar tenders)

Cami and I had an incredible day we will cherish and remember forever thanks to SCR

Our experience was absolutely wonderful! The venue was perfect! It fit all of our needs and wants. The unique space, the decor, and the atmosphere was exactly how our daughter envisioned her wedding. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality, guidance and reassurance that was provided throughout all of our planning. Kalli and her team were wonderful to work with! The day was absolutely magical and Sparrow Creek made it happen. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married. We are so glad we will be able to look back and agree again and again that Sparrow Creek Ranch was meant to be a huge part of a very important day!

We just had our daughters wedding at SCR. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. First, Kalli was so helpful the entire time. She was quick to answer questions and sent tons of helpful information and checklists which helped me every step of the way. The venue is absolutely stunning! We used The Grove for our ceremony, however there are different areas you can use and they're all beautiful. The reception barn is rustic and so gorgeous in itself you don't have to use a lot of decor. Need decor!? No problem, this place has a plethora of decor you have access to. Kalli has a list of vendors she recommends and they too, did not disappoint!! SCR is not only affordable, you get the entire weekend. We decorated the day before and it was so nice and took stress away to be able to get that completed and not rush the day of. We were able to spend the day of wedding just getting ready and I, just enjoyed spending the day with my daughter. If this venue isn't close to you they have you covered there as well. Less than 1/2 a mile is Wildcatter Ranch and we had a wonderful stay there. Another plus to this venue is there are 2 bridal suites. We were able to get ready and hang out in one and the other was a beautiful location for bridal pictures. We did not have to rush around and clean to take pictures. If you choose this venue for your wedding....you will not be disappointed!!!

Best wedding venue in the world award goes to Sparrow Creek Ranch and the family behind the scenes. I can't say thank you enough for everything Kalli and her team that is SCR did to make our day perfect. As the owner of an boutique marketing company of 12 plus years, I am a details nerd...also an over-thinker. Kalli always had an answer and/or solution..and lightening fast response time. Her organizers and planning sheets were a God send. The sweetest family, completely rooted in their love for the Lord, and serving their community.

The aesthetics speak for themselves..there isn't a square inch of the venue that doesn't scream romance. One of the best decisions we made was to have our wedding here. Even on Sunday, when things were completely derailed due to none of our decor being packed up as they were to have been for us to just load up and leave, I immediately notified her of what we walked into. We were so upset and concerned about getting out of there on time, called as many people as we could wake up to try to get it done but we just couldn't in such a small amount of time... and she gave us grace and was beyond understanding. I am certain that any other venue would have enforced the fine that she also has in writing but chose to just be a kind human. I can't sing their praises enough. We just had our wedding at SCR and it was the best day ever! What helped me the most through my planning leading up to our big day was Kalli and all of her amazing resources!! I used many of her preferred vendors and it made the day of go so much smoother because everyone knew the venue so well!! Jordan, the in house coordinator was also very helpful in finalizing timelines and helping adjust things on the fly the day of when people were wanting to leave early so we threw in a faux exit instead of doing our exit really late like we initially planned! I love how informational the SCR website is in comparison to other venues, the availability and pricing is up front and Kalli answered so many questions along the way and gave great advice from firsthand experience!! We booked the cabin and bunkhouse package too, and that was great for a smaller group of bridesmaids and groomsmen to have somewhere to stay the night before with us. We went back to the cabin on our wedding night and it was so nice having somewhere to go just a couple minutes up the road. I could go on and on but overall, I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful place to get married, the weekend package was worth it and way better priced than 95% of the venues in the area with more time allocated than any other venue!! Thank you Kalli, Kevin, Jordan and all of the amazing vendors that helped make our day amazing!!

When choosing a wedding venue there were certain things that were a must for me and SCR met all my expectations and MORE! The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful and there are so many ceremony options, it makes it hard to choose because it’s all so gorgeous. Kalli gives you all the info you need to help the process and her communication skills were wonderful! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t think twice about choosing SCR. One of the best decisions I made! I will forever recommend them and I promise you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I got married at SCR in December and I cannot say enough good things about it. First off, Kalli is the best! Before booking and during the whole planning process, she was so helpful and responded very quickly with any questions I had. Kevin and Allen were also SO helpful! From all of our random questions, to helping move big items last minute, they had it covered. We had an unexpected cold front blow in the day of our wedding and it was in the 20s by night time; they made sure we were taken care of and brought the heaters out first thing that morning. We had our ceremony at The Grove in front of the barn and it was so beautiful. They have multiple different options for ceremony spaces, and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Every angle of the property is absolutely breathtaking, so you will not be disappointed with your photos no matter where you take them! I highly suggest using the Recommended Vendors list if you don’t already have your vendors picked out. We drove over 6 hours to get married here so we weren’t familiar with the area, and we were not disappointed with anyone we used off that list! I also HIGHLY recommend doing the weekend package that is offered. You can’t beat the price and it was so nice to be able to set up the whole day before and still have time to clean up the next day without having to be rushed or stress about it. ALSO, the fact that they allow animals was amazing. My dog has seizures, so we were worried about being away from her so long, but she stayed by my side the whole day. From getting ready, standing on stage during the ceremony, to dancing with everyone at the reception - she had the best time! We got SO many compliments and people still talk about how beautiful the venue was to this day. I still get so sad knowing it’s all over.. It truly was a dream come true, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married. Sparrow Creek will always hold a special place in my heart ❤️ I’m thinking we just might have to go back to renew our vows!
