Have been wanting to patronize for the longest, finally had the chance to stop by, and the hospitality was unbelievable. Had a chance to meet the owner, and what a gentleman he was, very resourceful and gave my kids more knowledge on top of what we instilled in them. Now my husband can order the right type of shoe without feeling like the person only want the sell.

Im only giving one star because I was unable to shop here. Im from Woodland so I planned my trip to The Scrub Stop to arrive between 10:00am and 10:15am. The website states the store opens at 10am and the sign on the front door said 10am. I arrived a little before 10am...so I waited in the parking lot. The store was still dark so I could tell they were not open.
10am came and left and store was still dark...sign flipped to closed as when I arrived. Sitting in my car waiting as a few cars pulled into the parking lot only to see the store was closed and left the parking lot.
At 10:15am I left to go find a bathroom.....came back around 10:35am...still closed. So I went to another Scrub store and was very happy with my purchase there. Thanks!!

Customer service is the worst part about this store. Came in to return an item and was told i am not eligible to return it because all sales are final. Well dude that would be nice to know at the time of purchase. Anyway, argued with him for some time but decided it is useless and leave a bad review to save my time. This dude is also really rude and gets pushy in his sales. There is however a descent selection of stuff here, but I would much prefer other places.

First time here today. The gentleman was super helpful. He showed me where everything was according to size (petite, XL, regular). They had a huge clearance section. It's a small store but packed with everything you need. Will definitely be back.

Have attempted to shop here five times during business hours and they’ve only been open once. And on this one lucky occasion he asked me to leave because he had to close, it was two hours before closing time and I’d been there ten minutes... ridiculous. I want to support local businesses instead of ordering online but this has wasted hours of my time.

Worse experience ever, I stopped by before 5pm and the person on duty(hope he’s not the owner ) has the door closed and the open sign flipped.
As soon he opened the door, I felt a terrible vibration, he was really rude and pushy, my wife was looking around and every time he approached to us was in a very demanding way, this person must had a terrible day or he just hate his job( zero CS skills).
We ended buying a few uniforms at the store a few block ahead called uniforms advance ?
