These guys are rip off artists. They list their parking spots on Spot Hero which is great. If you happen to go a day over eg fall asleep early, they jack up the price to an ungodly sum for all days retroactively with no notice of that as their policy. On top of that they are rude and obnoxious and obfuscate their answers to questions about their policy - full well knowing that they are being rapacious. Will never park with them again.

Some sort of scam going on here. I bought a spot on spothero when I arrived they said my reservation was canceled which wasn't true, when I called them back after I parked to ask what is going on because my reservation clearly wasn't canceled and told them I want to talk to the boss they told me to come back and just park the car. So the garage has no spots and conveniently spots appear when I say I want to talk to the boss?

They completely disregarded the safety of my car. Placed it under a spot where construction was going on. Dust and fiberglass covered my car, my windshield was covered in debri sheetrock bits and paint chips and to top it off i got two deep scratches on my car that they saw and tried to wipe down noticed it because the whole car was covered in dust except those spots. They denied until i validated the proof and all the staff offered was a free day parking. They only seem to keep an eye and good care on the monthlys and rich folks pulling up in exotics. Dont park here

Very disappointing. Garage attendant was disrespectful, and fail to provide detailed information regarding the reason(s) why my vehicle was not allowed in the garage.

My vehicle is a 2010 Jeep wrangler Sport. There is nothing posted that advises customers which vehicle(s) are allowed in the garage.

These Parking Attendants are absolurely horrible. Please DONT PARK HERE! THEY ARE CARELESS AND HAVE NO MANNERS. I wisb Google would come up with ZERO stars for this establishment.

Nice people but NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I was quoted a price upon arrival. Actual cost charged for shorter than quoted timing was over 2x the amount quoted!!!!!

Scam. Two times now I bought a parking spot on the app Parking Whiz and when I showed up they said there were no spots.
