If I could give them a no star I would! The PM dispatchers are terrible. Not sure how many they are but whoever I spoke to on two occasions is unprofessional, rude, and ignorant to say the least. Besides calling numerous times because they took my child to the wrong drop off location, they don’t like to answer the phone as well. Waited over twenty minutes with no response because they NEVER picked my child up from school. You need to hire new PM staff because the ones you have need another profession because this is not it!

I work for scr in 2015. Everything was going well at first in then they randomly told me that I can’t drive there equipment and was removed from there system.I ask them why they say they don’t know. I think I was making $10.00 a hour there around that time . Ever since I left scr I became a class A truck driver.

This place is very unprofessional to for work. You have managers (Kenny) sleeping with new employees(young girls at that). Staff shows favoritism. This company says they have your back, but they do not… just want to know your business. Training classes are horrible. The Trainer are very rude & mean for no reason. They act as if you getting CDL! Also Customers always complained the company, so you will alway have a bad day!

Pick up was for a neighbor and the driver parked in my Reserved handicapped parking spot. I told him he could not park there and he said he wasn't parking. I said you are parked there. He said he was going to knock on the door and move the van. Well he didn't. I told him the spot is reserved permit for my handicapped parking. Kept arguing with me and telling me to shut up. saying... no one is parked here. I said it doesn't matter it's reserved permit the sign says it. Do you have a permit? You can park elsewhere as there is plenty of parking or tell the people who called for pick up to move their car. He then THREATENED me saying I was lucky he was working or else something would happen. Told me to get a life. I'm sorry you feel entitled to park there and cant read the signs so Im the one who needs to get life!?!? Real nice. Great drivers. No respect and can't read. All he had to do was move when asked. Van # 3255 Plate #20071 PT. This isn't the first time they have parked there. That's why I had complained.

I have never seen such I am 60 horrible all the way to the owners talk down to people who have a opinion about their company. You think they were better the company instead they’re being very disrespectful and nasty to young people who let them know that this job is not a fit job, you have to have a open mind and a peaceful mind before you start driving on the road. You cannot have a dispatch or no one in Management upset your day. I’ve been driving over 30 years. This is not the first special-needs bus Company. They’re all the same.

Had a great experience with them, a driver by the name Ivan ( always wear shorts and Tattoos) extremely professional driver who really cares about his job, a very smooth driver .
