For the most part, I have always been satisfied with Rite Aid's pharmacy department. I get all my vaccines there and their pharmacists are always available to answer questions. My dissatisfaction is with the website and the app. Both used to work great, I would get text messages when my scripts were due and they were refilled promptly. Now though, I am notified when only one is due and when I submit a refill request for my other script (on their website), I feel like it basically gets ignored or put off as if it's not important. Case in point, I selected to have a refill through their website at noon one day, but come closing time the script was never filled. This is not the first time and I don't understand why it's happening now when the app and website used to work so well.

RITEAID and WALGREENS are the hypocritical purveyors of addictive tobacco products proven to cause debilitating and fatal diseases. RITEAID is reprehensible in blatant indifference to the direct and indirect deadly effects of smoking. These merchants of death should all be shutdown.

RiteAid on Mule Rd has the Best Pharmacist in the area. He’s a young gentleman with an old school touch. Extremely helpful. We just wish our Insurance Company didnt force us into this CVS Extra care nightmare! We try to use RiteAid for everything else.

After problems with my doctor Calvin a prescription (not Rite Aid’s fault), I went to pick up my insulin. Upon my arrival, I gave my name and the name of the medication I was picking up. The gentleman tried to state that the name I gave him for the medication was not insulin. I’ve been on this medication for years, plus they have filled it multiple times. The pharmacist had to come over and look it up. They were out of it and it was going to be at least a day or two until it got in. Meanwhile I had run out due to the delay with my doctor. So now, here I am admitted to the hospital due to high blood sugar. They would even contact another rite aid to see if another store could fill it. And this is not the first problem that has occurred with the pharmacy at this store. I was a customer at this pharmacy several years back, and left due to this exact issue. I only went back due to proximity to my home. Hindsight being 20/20 I should’ve went to Walgreens or CVS

The cashiers are amazing, they are really the only reason I gave it 3 stars at all, but there is never more than one cashier on at a time and you can spend 20 minutes waiting to make a purchase, literally getting on line the minute you walk in the store. It makes me not want to stop here to make purchases, and I live right around the street. So it is the most convenient spot to go, but there are times when I can't sit in line for a half an hour, and honestly I don't really want to wait that long regardless.

So convenient and easy in and out. Drive thru a plus. Parking area near entrance. Store a nice size with everthing I need including refrigerated items.
