Horrible customer service. I ordered XL scrubs for my wife but they ran more like size small. So I contacted the company for a return and they gave me an address and told me to send the original packing slip back with it (which I did) and they told me it would cost $6.00 for a flat rate shipping package. Well, flat rate shipping for these tiny scrubs cost $15.55 at the local post office. So that was a lie. So a week later, they tell me they have not received the scrubs and they ask me for the tracking number twice. I looked up the tracking number for the return, and it said that they were retuned on Feb. 20th. By February 27th, they are still emailing me to double check the tracking number? Why can't they just issue a refund and an apology for wasting my time? So, not only am I out $42 for the scrubs, nut I'm out $15 for the shipping. But Walmart made it right, and refunded me for the scrubs and the shipping. I will never go through this company again!

Sent a different size than I ordered. Then charged me shipping for returning the incorrect size. After written request, they refused to refund the full $193 purchase price. Use caution. Fraudulent.

I absolutely do not like the scrubs. I called the next day to cancel my order and it was a express order, but no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail and no one reached out to me. The next two days went by and the scrubs was here. I didn't like the texture of the scrubs and they were very tight. Before I can even pull them up to the thread ripped in the middle. I have been trying to contact the company to get my money back.I have not got a phone call back or email or anything. I was just like my money back. It was a $75 purchase just for three scrubs.

Store owner very helpful. Sets are $13 up to 4X!! The quality was so-so. After about 2 mos. the stitching on the pants was separating. But I plan on going back and buying more sets so I don't overuse them. I think that'll make a huge difference. I totally recommend this place. PS. $13 included tax!!! Whoa!

I ordered a M , They Sent XL
Have A Copy of your email purchase saved, with "SIZE" verification, as M&M will deny there wrong shipping.
And it will cost you to return item , at there mistake.
Or maybe there just sending any size they have available to make a sale.

Ordered Xl and was sent medium sent it back for the right Size and they never sent me an email that they received it and send me the right size or refund. My gray one's I ordered from them had holes inside of pockets.

I been buying scrubs from here since 2020 I talked to a man on Wednesday and told him what was going in that they send me the wrong color scrubs and he was really nice and he even helped me out over the phone that same day he send me the right color scrubs I ordered thanks a lot I will be buying more scrubs from here more that I used to lived in L.A most of my life but I moved to Texas a few years ago I get them like 3 or 4 bussiness days.
