I loved coming here! Really found all the Korean beauty needs and then some gems I wasn’t even expecting to find from skincare, makeup, and hair care! I arrived asking about shadows since I don't know much about makeup, I asked one of the women who spoke Spanish and looked Latina like me, and she was just really rude. I think she was annoyed that I asked in Spanish (actually, it was easier for me to ask in Spanish than in English ?) When she started to answer rudely I said: Hey! You are very rude, you shouldn't talk to me so badly and she just kept talking to me badly, I went back and told her you are very rude, you have no respect... At that moment she wanted to talk to me better and show me in a good way what I was asking... But I just decided to get out of there!!! I never asked for things to be given to me as gifts... I had money to buy what I needed, that makes me a client ‍♀️ To be customer service people they should be more cordial and serve everyone equally!!! I recommend that if you go to this page you speak perfect English because otherwise they will look at you badly and they will not want to advise you in Spanish!! lol

Im giving 3 stars cause i usually dint have any issues when i go to this beauty supply store. Well last time i went everything was fine until me & my friend were talking & some Hispanic girl who works there proceeds to interrupt us rudely asking if we needed help. No we dont & why didnt you ask when we first came in She didn't ask anyone else but us as if we were stealing I come in all the time no one ever makes me feel uncomfortable but she did. When i said something she proceeded to argue back n fourth with me. Idk if ill be going back if im made to feel uncomfortable when im trying to spend my money with a business. I wouldn't even go here but its the only one i knew of in the area. I found one across the street that ill be going to instead

Cashier was rude and the guy there was watching every step I took. Apparently you can only make a purchase that’s more that ten dollars. Other than that I found the things I needed but I didn’t buy. 2 stars overall.
